Despite any losses you may incur, the total liability of Alpha AI and all its providers under any provision of these Terms, and Your exclusive remedy for all the aforementioned, will be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You have not made any purchases through the Service.
In accordance with applicable laws, Alpha AI and its providers shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or other proprietary information, business interruption, personal injury, invasion of privacy arising directly or indirectly from the use or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or in connection with any provision of these Terms), regardless of whether Alpha AI or any provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages, even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

This includes all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise from the course of dealing, course of performance, usage, or trade practice. Without limiting the foregoing, Alpha AI does not warrant or represent and makes no guarantee of any kind that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or operate with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be free from errors or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
Furthermore, neither Alpha AI nor any of the platform's service providers make any explicit or implicit guarantees or representations of any kind: (i) regarding the functionality or availability of the Platform, or the information, content, and goods or services contained within; (ii) that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) regarding the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any information or content provided via the Platform; or (iv) that the Platform, its servers, the content, or emails sent from or on behalf of Alpha AI are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, time bombs, or other harmful elements.
Certain legal jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on a user's enforceable statutory rights, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. However, in such a case, the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
The laws of the country, excluding any conflicts of law principles, will govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Additionally, your use of the Platform may be subject to other local, regional, national, or international laws.

If you are from the European Union, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the laws of the country where you reside.
You confirm and certify that you are not residing in a nation that is under embargo by the US government or identified by the US government as a "terror-supporting" nation. You also agree that
you are not listed in any US government compilation of banned or restricted individuals.
Divisibility and Forbearance

Relinquishment

Deciphering Decryption
